We are additionally dedicated to improving the livelihoods of rural farmers in the communities in which we operate by providing market access and creating jobs through the establishment of our factory in the community, close to the farmers. We have procured the services of agronomists to coach the farmer groups on best practices to increase yield while promoting long-term sustainability. Additionally, Edmass Foods has liaised with reputable institutions to provide technical and non-technical support to the farmers, thus, increasing quality and quantity of yield, improving the incomes of the farmers, ensuring sustainability, and making farming attractive to the youth, to ensure continuity.
