Agbelima Cassava Flour is cassava dough made into flour. Traditionally in Ghana, cassava dough, called agbelima, is used for preparing banku. It is this same dough which Edmass Foods has dehydrated and called Agbelima Flour. Kokonte Cassava Flour on the other hand is made from dried cassava chips milled into a fine flour.
Oblayo and Ekuegbeemi are all coursed degermed maize without the bran. Oblayo Grits are larger while the Ekuegbeemi Grits are finer.
